An eyewitness narrated thus "Police chased a bus because of N50 naira from Iyana Ipaja to Adura Bus stop, Lagos.
"As the bus conductor got to know he was been chased, he tried to escape so they chased him to an incoming bus he was smashed and he instantly died.
"When the police saw what happened, they tried to run away so we stopped them and told them that they must carry the dead body, so they started pleading.
"Eventually, they ran away with the corpse and I am sure they'll lie that he is a thief."
